The Filtron Pro's drip-proof Tomlinson spigot is NSF listed, removable without tools and easily disassembles for cleaning. Brewing chamber is food quality, medium density polyethylene for impact resistance and a long service life. Rotationally molded stand securely holds and lifts the brewing chamber so the included polycarbonate 4 qt. measuring pitcher can be easily inserted and removed. The included natural wool felt filter pad filters to as low as one micron, is reusable and has an exclusive lift tab. When not in use, filter stores in a refrigerator or cooler. (filter can be used dozens of times before replacing.) Easy to clean and sanitize. All plastic elements are dishwasher safe.

Shipping Rates: Better Products Online offers a flat rate of $39.99 for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and the below shipping rates for most products within the continental US, but higher charges may apply to some heavier or over-sized items. Total shipping charges are visible in the shopping cart prior to to final check out.

Damages: Exterior damage must be noted at time of receipt and a claim filed with carrier. Interior damage must be reported within 10 seven days to Better Products Online (please include proof of damage such as photos, etc.) and Better Products Online will make arrangements to promptly replace the damaged product with new product.

Any Products shipped as the result of our error can be returned for a full refund at our expense provided the customer has obtained a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). A RGA may also be obtained for any unopened product by contacting Better Products Online within 30 days of receipt. Better Products Online will refund the full product price less a 15% restocking charge product if the customer returns the product at his/her expense inside a shipping box with the RGA number clearly marked on the shipping box and product is received with all original parts, packing and warranty cards in new or original sealed condition not later than 60 days from original receipt.
Products returned without a RGA number, with missing parts, instructions, and warranty cards and/or packing not in original “like new” packing will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. Refunds for product(s) being returned that were originally shipped with free shipping will also be subject to an additional deduction for the cost of the original shipping.
Cancellations: We make every attempt to honor cancellation requests, but as processing begins almost immediately it is not always possible. There is usually no charge if we are able to catch an order before it ships except in the case custom orders which may not be possible to cancel or return. For cancellations after an order has shipped - the customer will be responsible for any actual outbound shipping costs incurred and these will be deducted from any refund. The costs for returning canceled goods will also be the customer's responsibility.
Refused shipments: A full deduction for actual return shipping costs will be made in addition to any applicable restocking fees for any shipment that is refused and returned without prior authorization.
